Experience from the floor, not from textbooks

Before founding Solvium Strategia Sp. z o.o. in September 2016, I spent 11 years working directly on production lines and in logistics. I don't believe in pretty presentations that change nothing in daily work. In my work, what counts is what can be measured with a stopwatch or seen in a spreadsheet at the end of the month. Since 2018, I have personally conducted 132 operational audits in medium-sized companies across the country. (By the way, most problems in companies stem from the fact that no one counts the time it takes an employee to walk between the warehouse and the office).

My goal is for every zloty spent on consultations to pay off for you within a maximum of 7 months. These are my principles, and I've stuck to them since the company was founded in Lodz.
