1. Company Information and Purpose of the Document

The terms and conditions you are reading define the rules of cooperation with Solvium Strategia Sp. z o.o. Our headquarters is located in Lodz at ul. Piotrkowska 102. We have been in the market since March 2017. Since then, we have helped 147 companies in Poland emerge from operational chaos. We don't use fluff about visions and we don't promise miracles without data backup. This document is a clear set of rules that allow us to work efficiently and fairly. 2. Types of Services Provided

At Solvium Strategia, we deal in concrete actions. Our main activities are warehouse audits, ERP system implementations, and reporting automation. Every service starts with facts analysis. We don't sell ready software boxes. We enter your company, count errors, and check where money is leaking. A typical on-site audit takes us 3 business days. During this time, our consultants, such as Mariusz Laskowski or Ewa Jędrzejewska, observe your team's work. The result of our work is a report with a calculated return on investment time. If we see that a change will not pay for itself in 11 months, we straightforwardly advise against its introduction.

3. Pricing and Payment Rules

We count every zloty for our clients, which is why our rates are transparent and fixed. The initial audit and diagnosis cost 1,180 PLN net. This is a one-time fee for 3 days of intensive analytical work. Larger projects, such as full implementation of the shipping process in 42 days, are priced at 14,300 PLN per project. We do not use hidden costs or commissions from IT systems purchases. You pay for our knowledge and time, not for mediation. We issue invoices after the completion of specific work stages. The payment term is usually 7 days. In the case of permanent supervision and controlling, the monthly cost is 2,950 PLN. We do not require long-term contracts that cannot be terminated. Results count, not fine print entries.

4. Client Obligations and Data Access

For us to effectively fix the processes in your company, we need your full involvement. Your obligation is to provide us access to the warehouse, production floor, and necessary office documentation. If your employees hide errors, our audit will not be reliable. You must appoint one contact person who will efficiently answer our questions. Usually, we ask for extracts from sales or logistics systems from the last 6 months. We guarantee that this data is safe with us. If we do not receive the necessary information within 4 days of the project start, the completion date of the work may shift. We work on hard data, so its quality is key to the final result.

5. Responsibility for Results

Facts on the table: we do not take responsibility if your team refuses to use new tools. We provide the systems and train the people within 14 days. However, you as the owner or manager must ensure that the new rules are followed. Our financial responsibility is limited to the amount of compensation you paid for a given stage of the order. We are not responsible for lost profits resulting from your business decisions made before our cooperation. However, if the error lies on our side and, for example, we incorrectly calculate the picking path in the warehouse, we fix it without additional charges until the numbers match. We act reliably because in Lodz everyone knows that reputation is built over years.

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, process maps, and instructions that we prepare specifically for your company become your property after the invoice is paid. You can use them, copy them for employees, and implement them in your branches. However, our proprietary analytical methods, spreadsheets with formulas, and audit templates remain the property of Solvium Strategia. You cannot sell them to third parties or share them with competition as ready products. This is our work workshop that we have been developing since 2017. If you want to train another company using our methods, you must obtain our written consent. We respect your know-how and ask for respect for our work tools.

7. Confidentiality of Commercial Information

When we enter your office, your margins, costs, and operational errors are before us. We treat this information as a top secret. Every member of our 14-person team has signed a strict confidentiality agreement. We do not publish client names or detailed financial results without your explicit consent. The case studies you see on our site are published exclusively with the permission of the boards of those companies. Your data will not go to any external marketing databases. After the cooperation ends, at your request, we remove all sensitive data from our working servers within 2 business days. Your business security is as important to us as your warehouse optimization.

8. Termination of Contract and Complaints

Either party may resign from further cooperation with a 14-day notice period. If you resign during an audit, we settle only for the actual hours worked by our consultants. Complaints regarding the quality of our analysis can be submitted within 30 days of receiving the final report. We consider them within 7 business days. Usually, we then propose an additional explanatory meeting or documentation correction. We do not avoid responsibility. If something doesn't work as promised, we fix it until successful. Our goal is for each of the 147 clients we served to be able to recommend us to their business neighbor.

9. Final Provisions and Law

In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code apply. Any disputes will be tried to be resolved amicably over coffee in our office at Piotrkowska. However, if we do not reach an agreement, the competent court will be the District Court in Lodz. These terms may change, about which we will inform you on this page. Changes do not apply to projects already in progress – for them, the rules from the date of signing the order apply. This document is current and reflects our real way of working.
