Implementation and Training

Implementing a system without turning the company upside down

Most companies fear change because they associate it with a mess and calls from angry customers. We at Solvium Strategia Sp. z o.o. approach it differently. We usually start on the 11th day after the audit. We don't throw everyone into the deep end. Changes are introduced in batches so your team can normally issue invoices and ship goods. In 2024, we conducted 47 such implementations and in no case did shipping stop for more than 35 minutes.

Training that actually teaches operation

We don't send PDF instructions that no one reads. We sit next to employees at their workstations. The average training time for one department is 5.2 clock hours. We show concrete moves: how to click so the system automatically calculates the margin and how to shorten data entry time by 14 minutes for every order. If the logistics lady has a problem with the new warehouse view, we stay with her until she feels confident. No nerves and no fluff about visions.

  • Software installation during hours of lowest traffic (often after 4:15 PM).
  • Training in groups of maximum 4 people for better focus.
  • Dedicated phone number to the implementation supervisor available for the first 19 days.
  • Quick cheat sheet with key functions on one A4 sheet at every desk.

Our experience from Lodz and the surrounding area shows that the first 72 hours are the hardest. Therefore, during this time we are available almost immediately – our average response time to a ticket during implementation is 24 minutes. (By the way: that's faster than pizza delivery to Piotrkowska on a Friday night). We don't run away after installing the program. We make sure every zloty spent on new technology starts working on your profit from the second week.

Measurable effects after 21 days

Three weeks after starting, we check the numbers. In companies that trusted us, the time needed to prepare a monthly report dropped by an average of 3.4 hours per week. These aren't magic tricks, just the result of well-organized tools. If we see that something isn't going as planned, we correct the settings on the fly. We count every zloty in your budget, so we don't let time be wasted on features that no one will use.
