Ewa joined Solvium Strategia Sp. z o.o. in November 2017. Since then, she has closed exactly 143 analytical projects for companies all over Poland. She doesn't believe in empty promises, so she starts every audit with hard data from the last 11 months. Before joining our team, she spent 6 years overseeing operations at a logistics center in Stryków. That's where she learned that one poorly planned shelf can waste 37 minutes of work for every warehouse worker during one shift.

In her work, she follows a simple principle: we count every zloty. Her reports aren't decorated with charts for aesthetics' sake. They are tools that show where your company is losing money. In March 2024, at one of our automotive parts clients, Ewa pinpointed WMS errors that cost the company 12,430 PLN a month in overtime alone. 3 weeks after implementing her recommendations, overtime dropped by 84%.

If she sees a process is simply stupid or generates unnecessary costs, she'll tell you straight during the first summary meeting.

Heads-up: Ewa doesn't prepare 60-slide presentations. Instead, you'll get a concrete list of 7 or 9 points for immediate fix. Each point has an estimated savings amount assigned that you will gain after implementation.
