After finishing the audit, our analysts lock themselves in the office at Piotrkowska 102 and crunch your data. You won't get general slogans from us. We scrutinize exactly 17 performance indicators, from order picking time to invoicing errors. At Solvium Strategia Sp. z o.o., we know that time is money, so the report is short. We focus on what blocks your company from earning more with the same team.
On the seventh day of cooperation, we sit at a common table. We show in black and white where 3.4 hours per week per employee are leaking. It often turns out that changing the rack layout or a simple modification in the current ERP system is enough to regain real work hours. If we see that the problem lies in people rather than technology, we'll tell you straight to your face. No fluff about visions.
ROI Calculation – why do we count every zloty?
This is our most important document. We calculate when every zloty spent on us will pay off. We have a hard rule: if implementing a new management system doesn't finance itself from savings within 11 months, we'll advise against this step. Last year, specifically in October 2024, we stopped two projects in Lodz and one in Zgierz because the numbers simply didn't add up. Honesty has built our business since September 2016.

- Implementation Schedule: We know down to the day when your people will start working faster.
- Guaranteed Results: If we don't achieve the assumed 94.6% efficiency, we correct the process at our expense.
Perhaps we aren't the cheapest consulting firm in the Lodz region, but our quotes are final. You won't find hidden costs for extra consultation hours here. You pay for the effect, which can be measured with a stopwatch and a balance sheet at the end of the month. (Heads-up: our office works only until 3:30 PM on Fridays, so we usually send reports on Thursday evenings).
You have the right to know where your money goes. That's why every point of the recovery plan is backed by data from your own warehouse or office. We don't copy solutions from the internet. If System X didn't work for a client in Pabianice because they had a too slow connection, we won't propose it to you until we fix the infrastructure.
